How to Delete Tinder

In this guide, I will be going over how to delete Tinder for mobile and desktop users. Uninstalling the app isn’t enough to get rid of your account. 

Follow these steps and your account will be permanently deleted.

Deleting Tinder on a Mobile Device

1. Open Tinder
2. Go To Your Profile
3. Go To Settings
4. Select Delete Account
5. Confirm You’re deleting the Account
6. Select a Reason For Deleting Tinder (Need a break, I met someone, or other)

Deleting Tinder on Your Browser

1. Open Tinder’s website
2. Go To Your Profile
3. Select Delete Account
4. Confirm You’re deleting the Account

Deleting your account doesn’t stop the subscriptions. To stop your subscription, follow these steps.

Cancel Tinder Plus or Gold Payments

Android

To cancel Tinder Plus or Gold, you are going to have to use the Google Play Store

1. Open Google Play Store.
2. Navigate to “Account and Subscriptions.”
3. Select the Tinder subscription.
4. Select “Cancel” and confirm the cancellation.

IOS

To cancel Tinder Plus or Gold, you are going to have to use iTunes.

1. Open the iTunes & App Store.
2. Select your Apple ID at the top.
3. Select “View Apple ID” and then “Subscriptions.”
4. Select “Bumble.”
5. Select “Cancel Subscription,” and your subscription will be cancelled
