You landed the date. Congrats. You got her number or snap, asked her out, and you’re finally going to meet her in person.
If you’re reading this blog post then you are either nervous or you don’t want to mess up the date.
Well, in this guide, I’m going to go over everything you need to know so everything goes well.
Making Sure Your Date is Real
Before going over what you need to do when meeting someone, make sure that she is real.
You don’t want to match with a Fake Profile.
So here are 3 quick ways to tell if she’s real.
Messaging
She responds to your messages like a normal person would.
Responses aren’t immediate.
And you can tell there is someone real behind the account.
By the way, if you need openers to send to start a conversation.
Profile
Her profile should have normal pictures
They shouldn’t be blurry or way over the top in quality.
There should also be at least 3 to 4 photos.
Don’t worry to much if she didn’t fill out a bio.
A lot of girls are lazy and won’t do it.
Number, Snapchat, or Instagram
Finally, you should ask for a picture over one of these mediums.
If you have any concerns, you can reverse google search the image
Otherwise once you confirm she is real, you are ready to set up the date.
Setting Up The Date
First thing you need to do is find an appropriate first date.
If you are unsure, check out some popular date ideas here
The goal of the date is to have something easy for both of you
That way, if it goes bad you can both dip.
You should plan this out a few days before.
THE MORNING OF THE DATE
Make sure you message her to find out if the date is still on. Girls on Tinder can be flakey.
Don’t get stood up.
It’s happened to me before and it’s not a pleasant experience.
Once confirmed, you should be good to go.
Getting ready for the date
Put on an appropriate outfit, spray some cologne, and fix your hair.
You need to impress her on that first date.
Also, you never know how the date ends up
So bring a condom
Don’t get in an uncomfortable position.
WHEN YOU FIRST MEET HER
Make sure to give her a hug and compliment her appearance.
Establishing physical contact is crucial to bringing her back to your place at the end of the night.
WHAT TO DO ON THE DATE
TALK ABOUT COMMON INTERESTS
Make sure to bring up conversations that you had beforehand. It’s a great way to know more about her and her interests.
SMILE, MAKE EYE CONTACT AND HAVE GOOD POSTURE
Without doing these, she might assume the date isn’t going well, or that you’re low value.
SAYING HER NAME & WE
Make sure to bring up her name and we during conversations.
PAY THE BILL
At the end of the meal, make sure to pay the bill.
A first date shouldn’t be too expensive so take it as an investment for a future relationship.
GOING BACK TO YOUR PLACE
If the date goes well, at the end of the date, ask her to go to your place. It’s an automatic no, if you don’t ask.
WHAT Not TO DO ON THE DATE
Talk about Your Ex
You need to be over your ex before going on dates.
DO NOT mention her on the first date.
And DO NOT talk about any of your other exes.
If she brings something up, make a light comment.
Otherwise, avoid the subject.
Go on your phone
Being on your phone during a date is rude.
You have all day to be on it.
Set aside a few hours to be with this girl.
She took time away from friends, work, or family to meet you.
Look at other girls
Don’t look at any other girls while on the date.
It’s going to look bad and cause the date to end
Don’t mention politics or religion
Everyone has different political opinions.
Same with religious views.
This is best brought up at a later point.
Don’t Go on an Expensive date
You shouldn’t invest a ton of money into a first date.
Get to know her first before any fancy dinners.
